What we collect
When you sign up for PM Standup, we collect your first name and phone number. Once you’re verified, every call is recorded and transcribed, and we store a short AI-generated summary of what was discussed so the next call can pick up where the last one left off. We also log the IP address of signup requests, solely to prevent abuse of the sign-up form.
How we use it
Your phone number and call history are used only to place your standup calls and make each one relevant to the last. We don’t use your data for anything else, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to make PM Standup work, and your data passes through them only as needed to deliver the service:
- Twilio — sends the verification SMS and connects the phone call.
- ElevenLabs — powers the AI voice on the call and produces the transcript/summary.
- Supabase — stores your account and call data.
- PostHog — anonymized product analytics, to understand how the sign-up flow is used.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We never share anything with your employer.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing henrylatham5555@gmail.com. You can also stop future calls at any point by telling the agent during a call, or by emailing the same address.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, email henrylatham5555@gmail.com and we’ll help.
